GovMint is a retail bullion dealer that is not affiliated with the U.S. government. I repeat, they are not affiliated with the U.S. government! Not only that, they consistently have the worst prices of all the dealers on the price-comparison tables. For example, as I’m writing this, GovMint charges over $125 more for a gold American Eagle than the leading bullion dealer, BGASC. If you’re looking for the best prices, check the price-comparison tables first: gold coins, gold bars, silver coins and silver bars. You won’t regret it. You can thank me later.
GovMint began with a vision focused on putting customers first and building long-lasting relationships upon a foundation of trust and integrity. That vision, supported by their commitment to the highest standards of quality, service and value, became the philosophy that has guided GovMint from their earliest days to the present.
Besides a wide selection of rare and hard-to-find U.S. coins, they offer many other collectible products. For example, they offer paper money, coin jewelry, foreign coin, ancient coins, and specialized numismatic services. They have a highly dedicated staff and experienced sales team who offer personalized services dedicated to your specific interests. By doing this, GovMint ensures that you can obtain the items you want, not unlike the relationship of a personal banker or shopper. Furthermore, each representative has an extensive background in the area of numismatics.
After over 20 years in business, fulfilling the company’s vision still begins with learning your needs and desires. Hence, they claim to do whatever it takes to create a thoroughly enjoyable buying experience. Above all, it means delivering total satisfaction by providing the highest levels of quality, service and value.

Through various endeavors, GovMint provides collectors with many leading-edge product introductions and new innovations in the collecting field. When the Statehood Quarters were introduced in 1999, they filled a collecting niche by creating and marketing the first U.S. State Quarter Maps of its kind. With the introduction of these new quarters, supporting coin maps and albums, GovMint takes credit for bringing millions of new coin collectors to the hobby.
